UPDATE: GOD IS AWESOME! The baby is healthy and has no signs of ANYTHING!! God hears our prayers!

Lord, I don't understand why, when I'm already so angry with You, why you'd allow the only good thing in my life to be touched. Finances have always been a struggle and the last few years it has been the worst it could possibly be. I feel so hopeless already, yet You decided that's not enough of a struggle, I need more. So, the life of my baby is at risk. This precious gift You gave us, may never have the chance to breath. How can I trust You? It's like You can't hear me or won't hear me. Why are You allowing this? I feel so abandoned. Alone. Crushed. HEAR ME! Protect this life! Where are You? I feel my faith dying. This is unfamiliar and strange. This is too much. I hate it. It's so hard to hold unto hope, when you are afraid to trust the One who is Hope. I ask that this test came back with a false positive. Let my baby live. Touch this baby, Abba, breath life into it's tiny little lungs. I want to trust You again. I'm just so scared.

Possible Move In The Works

We are trying to sell our house and we need it to sell pretty quickly due to a spur of the moment relocation. A man came to look at our house today and seemed eager. My prayer is that this house sells to the right people and that the people move quickly on it so we can close before November 1st. Also that our move goes smoothly and without grief. We still need new housing, hopeful God will provide in our price range and with abundance. We also need a secure job(s) that will provide insurance, GOOD insurance as we have a sickly kid and good pay. Any and all prayers are welcome and I will keep you updated as we have updates.

A little girl in my neighborhood is in need of your prayers. Yesterday she was rushed to the ER because she was having some type of asthma attack. She was admitted to the hospital and given steroids but the road isnt over. They aren't sure what caused this type of reaction and they fear if it happens again it may be more fatal.

She is on her way to Childrens now... but her mom asked if we can just pray and lift Claire (5 years old) up...

JP found out today that the boy responsible for hurting her girls is being released to the area within the week. Pray got intervenes on their behalf and that the restraining order would go thru quickly and painlessly.

We sometimes don't understand why things happen they way they do, so prayers that JP will be comforted in knowing that God is still in control. Please pray for her girls as well... they will not take the news very well.

SB is in need of our prayers...

SB and her husband have been without a job for 9 months and things are getting to the point of ultimate desperation. SB's husband is not saved, so he doesn't understand that he needs to rely on God... but SB does know, even if she has to be reminded a time or two ;)

SB has an interview today at 11:00. Pray that the Lord's will be done and if this is the right job for her that you would make it clear to both her and the job.

I've been having some issues lately in regards to my father.
The short version is that he was a sexually abusive father and I recently came in contact with him again in response to his plead to make peace with me, only to learn that he has had other recent victims. It is much more complicated than this, of course, but that's the simple version.

I need prayers. Mostly, I need to find the strength to do what is right, but mostly to let go of the resolution I would hope for. I need the strength to accept that I probably won't be able to change anything. The strength to let go of the responsibility to any potential victims. Most of all, I need to finally let go.

I could also really use some advice. At this point, I have no idea what to do. Or maybe I do, I just need some affirmation to do it.

A few days ago my husband FINALLY gave his life to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!!! I am so excited and happy for him. I want him to grow to know God and live his life to be a Man after God's own heart! God is so good and faithful, this is an answered prayer of 7+ years in the making....GOD IS SOOO GOOD!

Thank you God for this man! Thank you God for your faithfulness! Thank you God for giving me the perseverence to endure all the heart ache and pain, long nights of prayer and for giving me the trust in You that You will make all things good and come FULL circle! Thank You!!!!! I love you Jesus! I love you God and thank you for being so faithful!!!! It is a new day!

Yahweh,

Today it happened, we learned that there is nothing to be done for G. Death is approaching, it waits for him. Heaven waits too. A little hope for us who will be left behind. I ask that You will be merciful. Let him not suffer much or long. Let death's sting be quick for him. Don't let him suffocate, but stop his heart. I'm not sure I can sit by and watch another death by cancer. Once is more than enough for me. Stand with D, hold him close, he hurts, but is putting up a brave front. Give M the grace she needs to move through this, help her forgive past wrongs and release any and all bitterness. Bring healing in relationships that are broken. Life is too short to hold a grudge and write people off for silly mistakes. We all make them, not one is exempt. Rebuild bridges damaged by sin. Bring healing, whole and eternal.

Oh Father, God, there is a battle being raged for the soul of Jason. I was kept up this night over this battle being fought thousands of miles from here, where war is raging physically! I pray Lord, for Jason! I lift his poor, broken soul to You, Rafa! Send Your warriors to his aid! My heart aches for him, I'm physically sick. Only You, Lord know what his need is this hour. I ask for victory for his heart! I pray that peace makes it's home in is heart. This is the 3rd time in the last few months You kept me from sleep or awoke me to pray for him. This is the hardest battle yet. I feel it raging from this great distance! I know You can have victory. I ask that Jason's heart be softened to Your loving presence and that the evil, vile one be kept from his heart NOW in the name of JESUS! There is a little girl her name is Lily Grace who was just born 6 1/2 week early she is in the NICU and she is not thriving. They had to pull out her feed tubes and the only place that they could hook up an IV is in her unbilical cord, which is a risky move but all her veins blew. She is also fighting a virus on top of everything, She is not doing well at all. But if there is something I do know it's that God is BIG and God is comfort and I know personally that Lily Grace's are fighters!!! SO......

God almighty, place your healing hands on this babe. Fill her precious belly with the food of angels so that she can build her strength. Wrap her up in your love and comfort her as she fights for her life. Help her to breathe with ease Lord. Cure her of this virus Lord! Show us yet another miracle! Heal Lily Grace and Give her parents Rob and Brandi peace, give them strength and comfort, help them find rest, Lord. Let them be able to shout from the mountain tops "MY GOD IS AWESOME LOOK WHAT OUR GOD CAN DO!!!!" because You are awesome and strong and wise! Thank You God for this life! Thank You God for Your love! Thank You God for these parents who love you and the aunt who informed me of this! Answered prayers and more lifting...

God, we thank you so much for hearing our prayers. Thank you that ER's surgery was a success! Thank you that she is recovering well! Now we pray that her recovery is quick and filled with promise. Lord we thank you for science. We thank you that she will never have to experience breast cancer in the way of her ancestors. Thank you for this opportunity you gave her and she took.

We also thank you for SW's situation. Lord you knew what needed to happen. We prayed that you would have your way in the whole thing. And Lord, you couldn't have answered it better then it's being answered now. Thank you for your provisions. Thank you for your hand being in the midst of it all.

We also ask special healing prayers again over RT. We ask that you help her deal with the false lies satan is feeding her. We ask that you help her to see YOU as her healer and the one she should run to when times are tough. We thank you in advance for her complete healing.

We also want to lift up NB to you Lord. His tests came back that he has chronic asthma and allergies galore. We ask that you help the doctors figure out his meds so that he can come back to our home for visits (he is allergic to cats).

Thank you Lord for the hope you give us... Thank you that we never have to be afraid of what tomorrow holds.

Father God, we come before you tonight and ask specific prayers of healing for our friend RT. God you know what needs to happen in her life. You know what she needs. Show her she is not alone, you will never leave her or forsake her. Show her your love and healing touch.

Be with her family as the struggles ensue. Help them to make it through each day holding onto the hope and promise that you will heal her from these affirmities.

God just be with her tonight as she sorts out everything.

Lord, we also ask for prayers for ER as she goes in for preventative mastectomy surgery tomorrow. You know her little ones are scared and don't understand what is going on, God be with them as they are without their mom for a couple days. Be with ER's family as they help with the every day needs during her recovery.

We thank you that she is able to have this valuable life giving surgery! Thank you for allowing the insurance to cover it and for it to be scheduled with such haste.

We praise you for being God. We praise you for what you will do in both these girls lives. We look forward to updating with words of praise and Thanksgiving for the prayers have been answered.

Lifting up holy hands...

As the words of the Casting Crowns lyrics state, we will praise you in the storm, we will lift our hands, cuzz you are who you are, no matter where I am.

God, those words ring so true to so many situations right now. Lord, I ask that you remind us daily to raise our hands in PRAISE to you regardless of the storm. Regardless of the trial.

In James 1:2-3 it states that it's all good... regardless of what we go through, God... it bring us to a better place with you. It stretches us. Grows us. Helps us to get a hold of you and ride out the storm. It causes us to trust... and have the ultimate faith.

God, so many right now are struggling in the storm of life. They feel beaten down. They feel like they can't take one more step against the gale forces that come against them. Remind them oh God, that you are there with them in the storm... and that you never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5).

I pray specifically for a few friends who are just being run through the ringer of life. God give them comfort... show them your face in the storm. Show them you are there and haven't left their side. That you will see them through this storm.

The world gives out empty promises to fill us up... but God... you are the only one to fill our cups.

You are the God of all creation, and we praise you for the outcome of the storm. Because after the storm... there is always a rainbow.

Friends in Need...

Lord, I lift up my friends in need to you tonight.

You know the requests Lord, you know what each friend needs. Lord I ask if it is your will that you would grant these requests I place before you now.

Lord, be with ER as she preparing for her surgery. Be with her beautiful children during this confusing time. Lord, we know that you have orchestrated every part of this and we give you all the glory that it's actually happening! Thank you Lord in advance for positive results from this surgery. Especially be with all those people who will be stepping in and filling needs for ER during her recovery time. Give them extra measures of grace and blessings for being available for her.

Lord I pray for RT. She had a hard day today and needs a blessed day tomorrow. Be with her and her family this weekend and help Monday to get off to another blessed start.

In the name of Jesus I praise you for everything you have done in SW's life and continue to do. Lord, you helped her out of a potentially harmful situation. Thank you for providing the door and the means to open the door. Be with her this week as life is a bit chaotic. Help her to be strong in her resolve.

I pray for JP. Lord, you know what she deal with on a daily and weekly basis. Lord be her provider. Reminder her and show her how much you care about her and love to meet her needs. We ask that you tangibly make yourself known to her this week.

And finally for HR. Father, you know what she is dealing with tomorrow. You know what her heart aches for. You know what she wants more then anything right now. Be with both HR and her husband as they walk through this door and get results they are hoping for. God we pray it be your will that this works to YOUR glory. And that your will is that they will have the results they sooo long for. God give her peace that passes all understanding. Help her rest in your loving arms during her day tomorrow.

I also want to pray for the new venture we are starting on. God if it is your will, bless it and help it to grow. God move the hands, as you would have them be moved. Move the mouths to what you would want them to say. Move the feet, where you would have them go. God we give you total control of this venture. Bless it and multiply it.

Help all who read this today, to trust in your. Trust that you love and grace is sufficient. Help them to have a blessed Friday, In Jesus Name--Amen

Father God, we come before you now and ask that you be with all those who are struggling with fears. You have told us in your word that you have not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, love and sound mind.

Lord we, as believers claim that for our lives. For our family. For our economy. For anything that Satan is trying to get a foothold of fear into. Lord, we bind him from getting in there and causing us to fear the things we can not change.

Lord, be with us this week as we struggle with the fears of this world. Help us not to worry or be afraid. Remind us that you are with us. That you never leave us nor forsake us. Remind us of your covering of grace that is sufficient for all our needs (and fears).

God outstretch your hand and hold us in your love and safety.

Lord, there is too much pain for just one little week. Family fighting over nothing, G being sick and no longer being told what is going on, B's G finding out he has an aneurysm, job loss, fear of losing everything, fear of being shunned by ones I should be able to trust. I won't ask why, there is no why, but I can ask for You to carry these burdens. You alone are able. I can ask for You to give my heart peace and healing. I can only trust that You do have the best planned for my life and that Your plan will bring You all the glory! I can ask for You to bring peace and understanding in my family during this trying time. I can ask for a job for my husband, one that is close and comes this next week! We've already lost nearly a weeks pay, we can't afford that, we're still behind from the last lay-off! Father, let me feel Your arms around me, I need to know that You are here! I can appear strong for others, but I'm dying inside. I feel darkness pouring over my soul and robbing me my joy! Fill me with Your perfect light, anoint me with Your love. Abby is a little girl who is in remission for Leukemia. She had to go back in for Chemo. to make sure the Leukemia does not ever show up again. She is in a lot of pain this time and needs to be showered with prayer constantly! Her family is Christian and they are totally living in God's strength right now, so please lift them up in prayers, I will try and update as I get more info. As of late her morphine was not helping at all for pain relief or comfort, so just keep on praying! Oh and Abby is only 3, so please pray for this VERY brave and loving little girl.

Heather Pick has passed away from her battle with cancer. Please remember her family in your prayers... Specially her husband and two small children who are left with only a beautiful memory of this awesome person.

The following was taken from a letter from a family friend and some from WREX website:

Pick was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999. She defeated the disease only to learn that it had returned in an incurable form in 2004. Pick courageously battled the cancer, making her fight public in hopes of finding new treatments for the deadly disease.

There will be a private family celebration of life for family and close friends. There will be no public service.

Anyone who would like to make a donation in Heather's memory is being asked by the family to consider The Columbus Zoo and Aquarium, Nationwide Children's Hospital or the Stefanie Spielman Fund.

Please, no food, flowers or cards are necessary. In lieu of, Heather requested simply, "Don't wait. Give someone an unexpected gift just because you appreciate them. Take your own loved ones to a cherished community treasure or try something completely new."

A bench in Heather's honor will be dedicated by the pond upon entrance to the Columbus Zoo - a favorite place to visit with her family.

And my prayer: Father God... Thank you so much for Heather Pick and her testimony to the world. Thank you for the ministry she had in this very short life. We don't understand why she was taken from her family or why she had to fight this battle with cancer, but we know that you will be glorified through this loss. I ask that you be with her family today. Be with them and hold them close in your arms of compassion. Help them to have the peace that passes all understanding that only comes from you. Be with every person who is hurting from the loss of this beautiful woman. We thank you for the time she did have here on earth. We thank you for the lives she has touched. So many people are in need of your touch Lord. You know who they are and you know the answer each one of them seeks.

I am going to call a few of them out today.

Lord be with my sister, JP. Lord, I cry out to you in her behalf and ask that you do a mighty work in her life and in her husbands life. God you are able to work miracles in families, I have see you do it before. And right now Father, a miracle is needed in JP's life. She is tired and wary and needs help from her friends to hold up her elbows... Lord consider this me (and her other friends) holding her up in prayer even tho she is so week that she can not. Lord, my heart breaks for her and the things she has been subjected too. Lord I pray you relieve the stress that she feels and is going through. God you are mighty. You are God. You are.

Lord, I pray for Heather Pick and family. God, you know this ugly disease she is struggling with. We ask you, in the NAME OF JESUS, to touch her right now where she is. Whatever she is struggling with today... The doubts she maybe dealing with and the doubts of her family... God you are in control. Help them rest in that. Help them find YOUR peace that passes all understanding during this terrible time with this thief called Breast Cancer. God be with her tonight... Wrap her in your loving arms. For those of you who live in Colorado and watch the news, you've seen the story about a women killed on 285 early this morning. This was not a faceless women, but a young woman, a daughter and a sister. She is a friend, someone I watched grow up. Pray for her family! Pray for salvation, peace that surpasses understanding. This is the second child they have lost. They lost another as a baby years ago, time never heals those wounds. It's always there just below the surface. Pray for them to turn to Christ, not numbing agents this world offers.

My Father, God, Abba, please touch Rodney's heart. Bring his sin before his eyes in a tangible way. I know this is a very dangerous prayer, but I cannot live with the deception. I don't trust him and cannot. He proves over and over that he doesn't deserve it. It's starting to show in my children. They don't trust him either. He complains of no respect, but he hasn't earned it. When, God? When will he see it's him? It's the sick and black condition of his heart! When will he care that his lies hurt us. They keep us at a distance afraid to get to close. Afraid of being decieved. It seeps like poison into every nook and cranny of our life! His sin hurts us. It stings, with searing pain. Deal with him Lord. Help me to wait patiently for You. You have a good and perfect plan. I need faith to wait on You.

I know Lord, I am not perfect. I have made my fair share of mistakes and I am responsible for those. Deal with me, Lord, in the areas I need to work on. Help me to be the wife he needs. Help me to be the woman you designed me to be.

Father God, I come before you today and ask for your strong and mighty hand to be placed upon Heather Pick. Lord, you know what she is going through, you know what needs to happen. God, you are a mighty God that can do anything... and we believe you are still a God who heals. If it is your will, Father, please heal Heather Pick of her cancer. Lord, you are so much bigger then this ugly disease. But we know, that if one life can be saved due to her struggles, then it was all worth it. But Lord, you know this life. You love this life. Father we ask that it be your will to miraculously heal this woman so she can live and see her two small children grow. God, give her family the strength to make it through each day. Thank you Lord that you love us and you take care of us, providing for our needs. Sometimes we don't understand your timing but we put our trust in you. Even when it's hard to do. God I ask that you be with my friends N.K. and R.K. and you remind them that you are in control and that you have a plan for their lives. We ask that you provide R.K. with a job closer to home so that he can be with his family and provide the way he wants to. God comfort N and show her that you haven't forgotten about her and that you love her sooo very much. That she is precious to you even when she doesn't feel like it. God be with her this week during her daily struggles. Show her your grace and love.

God be with my brother K.S. and relieve the pains he has been dealing with for quite some time. We ask that you allow him some sleep and relief from these ongoing pains. We ask that you help the Dr's to find a cure or treatment for these pains or that you heal him completely. You are the God of healing and we still believe in the power of your blood.

I pray for A.S. as she goes through testing due to some medical issues she may be having. God make the tests 100% accurate and help the results to be exactly in your will.

I pray for R.T. and praise you for the mighty things you are doing and will do in her life.

I just got word that a good blogging friend of mine's father has been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. copied from her blog "It has metastasized to the liver, and is therefore inoperable. The tumor is eroding into a vein, and is causing bleeding in his belly - and that is why he is so anemic. He’s required quite a few transfusions already and this is the main problem at this point. No chemo until they can control the bleeding. They will see if radiation to the area might help scar up the vessel so it does not bleed as much. The oncologist was honest that the situation does not look very good in fact it was described as terrible - which is the truth. This is all a shock and really devastating. :("

While a healing miracle would be nice, I'm praying for God's Will and for peace for the family...especially my friend who hasn't had the greatest relationship with her father in the past and the guilt is really getting to her.

Prayers For My Health

I, AS am having some health issues and I just want everyone to lift up my health to the Lord and that all will go well and everything will be alright and that I can maintain sanity through this whole process.

Also my husband TS just got home from being over seas for 4 months and now he might be leaving again, I pray that the new Commander reviews his deployment history and he can stay here until I get my health stuff figured out.

While I'm at it could you please lift up my daughter LS who has a VERY rare seizure dissorder and I pray that her therapys will work and that she will be healed. She's also got extremely high Cholesterol and if that doesn't come down we have to stop the only therapy that is working for her and her condition.

There are some other silent prayers so please lift up my family in this difficult time.

Don't forget about MM down below either....Lord we lift him and his family up to You today, Your will be done, not our own.

(they found this out in pieces from Dr's and Nurses--because MM is 18 they wont talk to her)

"MM is bipolar. He has been manic for a while now 1. the stresses of graduation (how we didn't get invited) 2. thoughts of college (ability to go) 3. The girl that he has loved since 8th grade married someone else (then continues to play with Matt and his feelings) 4. Struggling with weight gain and being pudgy (only to drop 48 POUNDS in 16 DAYS) 5. Majority of his friends (all but 2) are joining the armed forces and leaving this August (hence going to war). Hope to find out more if I can talk to a doctor."

Father God, we reach out to you again with prayers for MM and TM and her family. Father, we ask that you be with MM and help him find clarity with his thoughts. Help the Dr's diagnose him properly and help him receive the help he needs to be well. God, we know that life is hard and we can only stand firm in you. We ask that you bind satan from lying to this boy any longer about himself or his future. God you have every hair on his head counted and have known his name before he was even formed in his mother's womb. God we ask that you show him your love, your peace, your grace, your forgiveness... show him that no matter what he goes through that you are there to lift him up and make him whole. Father be with his mother TM and help her to get through these trying times. God you say in James 1:2-3 that the testing of our faith develops so much more then we can just be handed... Sometimes we don't understand it but we accept that your will is that MM lives and gets well again. Thank you God for being there for us in our times of need.

Urgent Prayers...

I got a message from my friend TM today:

"On early Wednesday morning 7/9 MM (her oldest son) tried to kill himself. He took between 90-100 trileptal tablets (antiseizure meds) and laid in the back yard. The young friend of his that is staying here woke up and saw that he wasnt in bed and went out to check on him and when he couldnt get him to get up he came and woke me up. MM was throwing up (very little) when I got down there. (that medicine as an odor that can't be mistaken)

He is in icu being monitored, there is no antidote to the meds he took nor could they give him charchoal or pump his stomach due to the time period was unknown. So right now its a waiting game. We are waiting for him to wake up. He's breathing on his own. They are watching his electrolyte balance closely because that can cause him to go into cardiac arrest.

So if he wakes up and is ok he will have a psych eval and will more than likely have an in house stay at a psych hospital but that isnt even a possibility until he is medically stable.

So if you could spare a few thank you God for sparing me once again(this could have been so much worse)..and and few more prayers for MM to find peace..It would be greatly appreciated."

Father God, I lift up MM to you. Whatever satan has done to lie to this boy, I ask that you show him the truth while he sleeps and comes out of this state. Father be with his mom and dad and comfort them during this time. Be with the boy who found him. Lord, we don't know why children think that it's the right answer to do somethign like this, but we ask that you make everything right in your eyes. Help him to wake up and realize the err in his ways. God be with his mom TM as we all know that this is a parents worse nightmare and we tend to blame it all on our selves. Be with TM, help her to know that there is nothing she could have done to prevent this. God just be with this family. My heart goes out to them as they suffer through this trial. We ask that you help them get through this and be able to look back in awe of you. Please God.

Thank you Lord for always watching out for your children. Thank you that you love us and you take care of us even when we refuse to do you what you have instructed. Thank you for gentley guiding us back to the path that is narrow.

Lord, I lift up my friend AJ's cousin Ken to you, Lord. He was bitten by a poisonous spider over the weekend and seems to be reacting extremely to it. Lord be with him and heal his body. Make his recovery miraculous and quick.

Thank you so much, Jesus for the healing of our friend RT. Lord keep her on the path of mending and help shield her from any other injuries or sicknesses. Lord we know that you only give us what we can handle and we thank you for finding strength in RT and allowing her to go through the trials she has. But we also thank you for NO TRIALS for the time. Keep her safe in your sight.

Lord I ask for prayers for my friend AF, She is feeling very overwhelmed and not sure what to do. I pray that you be with her this week and help right her sanity. She is struggling with knowing what your will is for her regarding her mental health and if there is something she should do to "help" her. I ask that you put someone in her life that will help her make this decision clear, or give her a confirmed answer to her prayers.

We thank you for supplying a job for RK in CS. We thank you that the job is 4 days of 10 instead of 5 days for the commute. But now God we are asking for a job closer to home with the pay that he deserves and needs to help his family and be with his family more. We know you have this situation in your hands and just ask that you give him peace or provide that closer job.

Lord I also ask you to bless my family. Just as the prayer of Jabez states... Bless us indeed, increase our territory, let your hand be upon us and keep us from evil.

Please be with MHL as he continues to serve his sentence in prison. I know what he did was wrong Lord, but I pray that he knows You and has found peace in his heart. Lord I lift my sister, AR up to you. Lord you know the rest she needs to acquire tonight in order to be in good health for tomorrow. Lord, help her to sleep the best she has ever slept.

And father, I ask right now that you make ready her womb to accept these tiny miracles of life for 9 months of life. Lord, I am not asking that you make both of them "stick" but Lord one of them would be an absolute blessing... two would too, but Lord please... I am begging and pleading in AR's behalf. Lord make this your will. AR and her husband RR long for another baby to love and bring into their house. God, I intercede in her behalf and ask that you grant her this mother's wish. Father you are a big God and we know sometimes things aren't in your perfect will, but I am asking you to make this your will. They are such good parents to PR Lord, bless them with another beautiful baby.

PR is struggling tonight Lord. He is sick with a virus and hasn't been doing well since they have been in Boise. Lord I ask that you heal his body of this sickness and help him to recover completely before their ride home tomorrow. Lord heal his body as he rests tonight. Help him to be the awesome little man you have created him to be.

Lord give both AR and RR the strength to make it through tomorrow and the drive home. Lord go before them on the road and give them traveling mercies.

And Father, we praise you and Thank you for the healing that RT has received through this surgery. No headaches since surgery! PRAISE GOD!!! Lord you are the author of healing... and we Thank YOU for that.

Horray! RT is doing awesome! I talked to her briefly tonight between my own headaches and she said she has NOT experienced a headache since getting out of surgery! Praise God!!! That is awesome!

Lord thank you for your hand on RT's surgery! Thank you that she came out with no headache and seems to be healing well! We praise you for this and ask that you allow the rest of her recovery to go splendidly!

Be with AR as she is preparing for her travels to Boise. Make right her body to receieve the precious gift of life. Lord be with her husband RR and her son PR as this whole process plays out. Help them to continue to be an encouragement to AR and pour out all the love you have onto her! I thank you in advance for this blessing that you will be giving to her. God you are a mighty God and you can make this happen if it is your will. Lord I pray that this IS Your will. I pray that we will have exciting news come May 26th or so... Lord I ask and pleed in AR's behalf.

Also God, please be with NK's family, SR's Family and my own who have come down with this nasty cold. Help it to pass quickly and for us to be able to get out and get around again.

Lord, I come before you today to lift my dear friends up to you. RT is headed for surgery tomorrow Lord. You know her fears, rational or irrational, you know them. God give her your peace that passes all understanding and the knowledge that it's not her time yet. You know she has soooo much left to do on this earth that it's just not time for her to join you in the heavenly realms... assure her of this. Assure her of your promise. Jeremiah 29:11 says so. God, Thank you for her friendship and the blessing she has been in my life and others already!

I ask that you go before her now and prepare all who will come in contact with her tomorrow. Help them to be diligent and quick about their jobs but efficient like you, making ever calculated moves with precision and perfection. Guide the surgeon's hands and eyes to see what he needs to see and do what he is meant to do.

Make her recovery fast and without cause for concern. Help this be, Lord, helpful (if not the end) to all her pains!

Thank you that you are the God of creation and you care about your precious daughter, Robin. Be with her tonight Lord. Wrap your loving arms around her and cuddle her in your comfort.

And Lord, we pray for AR who is undergoing treatments for IVF. Lord if it is your will, please God help Amy's eggs to be mature and ready to be fertilized. Help her womb to receive the baby on the 18th and hold tight as we hold to your promises. Lord be with her during this emotionally trying time. Help her to get through this next week and then some with perseverance and an abundance of love poured out to her from all sides. Lord I can't wait to celebrate in VICTORY over the news of that coveted positive pregnancy test. My heart always leaps for joy at the prospect this beautiful family will be able to bring another child into their home. Lord be with her...

Thank you Lord for being in control of our lives. Thank you that even if we stray from the path you want us on, you give us the free will to try that path and then return to the one you have laid for us. I thank you that, like the prodigal son, you take us back always. Regardless of what we have done, or been through during the time on the wrong path.

Thank you that you never take your hand off of us when we become your children. Even when we do the wrong things, say the wrong things or participate in wrong things. Thank you that you love us enough to gently remind us of our transgressions.

Thank you for your every lasting love. Thank you for sending your son as ultimate love for us. We didn't deserve it but you gave it freely because you love us.

Thank you that you know the number of hairs on our head. That you designed us exactly the way we are and who we are. Help us to accept who we are in you and not let anyone tell us any differently.

We ask you to be with each of us this coming week as we all have things on our plates to deal with.

Lord, be with RT as she goes to her pre-op appointments this week in preparation for her surgery. Be with her husband JT as he has to be the "mommy" for a few days while she is in the hospital.

Be with JJ and continue to heal her wounds and remind her of your hand upon her life. Thank you for her heart and her friendship. Thank you that she is able to pray for those that try to bring her down. I ask in agreement with her regarding the one she is saying salvation prayers for.

Please continue to do awesome things in NK and RK's marriage.

Lord heal KS of his pains and help the dr's figure out what is going on in his body. Help ES know how to help her husband deal with his pain and stress. Give her extra measures of grace.

Protect NM as he is on his travels this week. Give him traveling mercies and see him home quickly and safely. Bless the kids and JM while he is gone during this time.

Lord continue to work in JP and CP's marriage and lives. Thank you for everything you have already done in their lives and continue to do.

Thank you for SR and BR. Continue to be with BR as he is studying and preparing for finals. Continue to give SR patience with his studies and bless their family as he follows after your will for their lives.

Bring TS home safely and on time for AS and the kids. Thank you that have kept him safe in "the sand box" and are bringing him home unharmed.

Protect JD as she is serving her final 3 months in "the sand box". Thank you that you have protected her and kept her safe from harms way.

Bless RN and TN's household, Lord. Help them to see your hand upon their lives and bless them abundantly.

And finally Lord, I lift my own family up to you. You know our needs, you know our struggles... I ask that you help us all to grow and change to fit your will and your divine plumb line. Thank you for always showing us what you want from our lives. Thank you for always being there even when we think you are far away.

Lord, thank you for the friends you give us, that come through when you need them. Thank you for you answering my prayer, and for soothing my heart through all of the issues I have had lately, mostly issues within myself. I know that you are always preparing my heart, and though I know I must be a real project sometimes, nothing is impossible for you, and I am overjoyed at your patience with me. I have but to seek, and there I find you, your peaceful voice and steady hand.

It is so difficult for me to raise up prayers for someone that is causing me pain, but, Lord I know that you have a plan for her, and I know that you love her deeply, and because of that, I pray that she finds comfort in you. I pray that she finds you, and finds your love and strength to be as sufficient as I have found it to be. Whatever is hurting her, whatever is causing her pain, I pray it be removed from her, not for me or for my own selfish reasons, but that she might find the peace that can only be found in you.

Reading the prayers of others, I am humbled. Compared to their struggles, mine are but petty complaints. I realize that you have a plan for everything, Lord, though our minds can not grasp it. I pray that you watch over these children, these mothers and fathers, those that are hurting and those that are struggling and those that have only you to hold to. You are a gracious and wonderful God. Whatever your will be, let there be peace for these that wait in anguish for answers, for results, for outcomes and for resolution.

Dear Jesus,

I pray that you will help our little buddy Granton Bayless, I lift him up to you right now. I pray that you hold him in Your hands until he can get the help he needs. Help him to feel You comfort him, help him to feel better and have good days. I lift myself up to you, for Mondya i will be going to get tested to see if I would be a bone marrow match for this little boy and I pray that you give me the privliage to help him.

Before I forget, I want to lift up Granton's parents give them hope, heal their hearts thelp them to know you are there. Please give them peace and help them to deal with all that is going on. Lord I lift this situation up to you, open doors, send people in droves to help this little boy, allow healing for him, give him strength, let this little boy live a normal life.

I have to share some feelings I myself am having about RT's surgery next week. I hadn't thought about this until I was IMing her just now. She could go home. She's afraid she will. I'm not ready to lose her. I just got her! Since fear is one of my main struggles, I thought I'd better ask for prayer for peace. Not only for me, but especially for her.

Thank you Lord for your many blessings. Ones unseen and seen. I am reminded of that song from the 80's called "Angels watching over me."

Today like everyday you have held each one of us in your loving hands and provided for our needs. Thank you for your provisions. Thank you for your love. Thank you for your grace.

I bring before you the needs of my friends... small and large they are the same in your eyes. You say to ask and it shall be given, seek and we will find, knock and the door will open... Lord thank you for holding firm to this promise and providing for us everything we need when it comes to this life.

Please be with RT today as she is struggling with some things both physically and emotionally with another friend. Lord, show her your will. Show her how you would have her respond. And take her pains away Lord. Take away the stress and the guilt over things that she can not change. Lord help her rest in your peace. Lord, continue to prepare her for this surgery on the 8th. Go before her and prepare all the people involved so it will go smoothly. And we pray that THIS will be the surgery that helps her physical pains come to an end.

We pray for R&G as they do research regarding their baby. Thank you that you have given her some hope. We pray, if it is your will, that you would heal this baby girl completely before birth and help her to lead a normal and healthy life.

We pray for JS's dad who is battling the road called cancer. We praise you that his tumors did not grow during his last round of treatment but ask that this round you would shrink them and send them into the abyss! We ask for comfort for him as he has lost a buddy to the same disease this week and also his young dog to an unknown cause. These things are bringing him down Lord, we ask that you give him reason to rejoice!

I pray for an unspoken request for myself. You know what it is Lord. And you know what I need to heal. I ask that you turn on your healing power and help me to get passed the pain. I also pray for clear guidance in the house situation. Help us to know beyond a shadow of a doubt what you want us to do.

Baby To Come

Please pray for my friends R and G. About this time last year they announced the precious blessing of new life to our Sunday School class. In July of last year they learned that their precious baby had Potter Syndrome. He didn't develop kidney's so his lungs wouldn't develop at all. In early November, Jesus brought David into this world without a heart beat and so He brought David home at that exact moment. A month or so ago R and G announced again! Yesterday they had an appointment with their peri-natologist and did not get good news. They are having a girl this time, but she has several conditions: cystic hygroma (fluid and cysts around the neck) and hydrops (fluid around all her organs). Together these conditions are fatal. If the fluid decreased she will have a condition called Turner's Syndrome, present only in girls. These girls do go on to lead a productive life. She will only be about 4'8", but there is hope. Pray for God's peace and wisdom on R and G. Pray for healing and safety as later this week they have to go in for amnio and or a blood transfusion for their little one.

Oh, Dear God, does my heart ache for R and G. You used (and still are using) precious David's life to reach many around the world. I know you will use this baby as well. Give R and G the courage and strength to press on. Give them perseverance and rest. Give the doctor insight and wisdom to treat the baby, protection during dangerous procedures. Let there be healing!

First of all I want everyone to lift all our troops up who are coming and going and for the families they leave behind. Next for my husbands safe travels and that he will be home on the appointed time that has been disscussed between me and God ;)

My daughter L has some major health issues, she has a rare seizure dissorder where no meds work for her condition and we have her on the Ketogenic diet, I pray that this diet will work completly 100%. We have been having trouble getting it to work as it should so I would appriciate prayers for my daughter and for her, two nuerologists, her dietician, pediatrician, eye doctors, orthopedist, and all the Dr.'s, nurses and people we have to come in contact with because of her condition. I pray that no other ailement come up with her, and I pray for God's strength for her. I pray that she become one of the strongest warriors for Christ and that this little bump in the road will work towards furthing God's kingdom through her.

There is also a person in my life who needs prayer because she has some serious security issues and has some seemingly bipolar tendancy's so can we please lift AH up to our Lord. Also if you could pray for me to be able to deal with her gentely, kindly and with great patience cause I'm not handling her very well these days.

Lastly, I have a praise, I praise God that by heeding His call and doing what He wants me to do He has rained great mercy and love upon me lately. Praise God that He is here for all of us! Please pray that I can continue to follow His leading and that I will be strong when I am opposed or approached by people I love who do not agree or understand what God has for my life.

One last thing, Can you say a prayer, a 5 second prayer, for Stella right now? She is having a biopsy on her breast today and then has to head in for a triple bypass sometime soon. Just pray that God's will be done and everything turns out well..........We are praying Stella!

When someone asks if you will pray for them... then do it. Right then. Right there. Nothing is more important then prayer.

And no, it doesn't have to be a 5 minute prayer. 5 seconds works. God knows your heart and you will encourage your friend by saying the 5 second prayer with her/him.

5 second prayer example: Lord, be with XM today. Help her with the challenges she is facing in this situation. Make right your will. We praise you father for your faithfulness. In Jesus Name, Amen

God, thank you for my friends. Thank you for the continued support and love they give me and my family. Each one of them are so very special to me and you have put each one of them in my life for specific purposes. Thank you for always providing a Christian friend to help me through my daily grind.

I pray specifically for RT, right now. She is preparing for spinal surgery scheduled for May 9th. God, I ask that you go before her and prepare the surgeon and guide him to the EXACT spot he needs to be. We thank you in advance for her quick recovery and healing! You are the ultimate healer Lord.

I pray for JJ today too, as she is going through some tough times with family. Lord, you know what needs to happen and what your will is for this whole situation. Pray that you make right what needs to be right and you comfort her knowing that she is a child of God and who God created her to be and that NO ONE can make her feel any different.

I pray for ES and her husband KS. God they are right smack in your will bringing your word to the nations in various ways. God you know that KS is struggling with some health problems. Lord we ask that you help the Dr's find out what is causing his health distress.

I also pray for A&RM and the vision you have set before them. Lord we know this call is from you. We ask that you set EVERYTHING in place for their mission. God the tiniest details, we know you will work out and be part of. God we praise you in advance for what you will do for this family and the miracles we will see come to pass.

I thank you Jesus for JP, whom your brought into my life by a God-incident. Thank you for her willing heart to share with me and let me help hold her elbows up in prayer for the things that burden her life right now. I claim right now healing in her relationships and the overwhelming peace that will flood her life and heart. God comfort her when her friends can't. Love her when she feels unlovable. Show her CONSTANTLY how much she is appreciated and loved in every situation that you have her in.

Thank you Lord for your daughter AS. Continue to bless her life and children. Lord show her your will in every situation she encounters. Give her wisdom when she asks. I pray the prayer of Jabez over AS... Lord increase her territory, may your hand be upon her life. Keep her and her beautiful family from harm.

Bless the M's this week. As they are traveling back from OK from their trip. Lord bring them home safely to be with us again soon. Thank you for bringing JM into my life. Already you have shown me soo much by example through J and N.

Lord I bring before you SR and her husband BR who is experiencing the stress of finals this week and next. Lord help his study time to be multiplied and that everything sticks like crazy glue in his brain. Help his rest hours be multiplied and help him to feel completely rested with just the minimum sleep he is probably getting.

And Lord, please bless NK and RK. I ask that you continue to work in their hearts and their relationship with each other. Lord you are a mighty God, help them to continue to put you first and be the people God desires them to be. Bless their house and lives for everything that they give to you. Help them to grow with abounding joy in your love and light.

And last but not least... please be with AR and RR and their fertility attempts. Lord you are the God of everything, and I know you can open up A's womb and receive the child that they will be putting there around the 15th of May. God prepare her body in every way possible to receive and carry this baby to term. Show her your faithfulness and love.

Thank you, Lord that I am able to lift my friends up to you. Those who aren't named here today, Lord, you know their needs. You know what struggles they are going through today. I ask that you show them your grace and love and give them the hope we know is only in you.

Recently, while I was visiting the local Christian Book store I came across a journal called, "A Shared Journal". The idea of it was to pass it among friends and have them write in it each day or whenever they pray specifically for you or even just what they are praying for. Then after a week, you would pass it to the next friend.

I almost bought the journal, thinking it would be awesome to pass among my friends. Especially the ones I pray for on a daily, weekly, monthly basis.

Then I realized that this would be an impossible feat! Because a lot of my friends live out of state.

So what can I do, to let my friends know that I am praying for them? About them? With them? Holding their elbows up in times of need?

Hey! I blog. A blog would work. So, here it is. Share the Prayer.

It might be just me posting prayers at first... but I am hoping my dear friend's will step in and let us know what they are praying for and how we can pray with them.

I would just ask that you use just first LETTERS to name's instead of whole names to keep anonymity because as we all know-- we are connected by 5 degrees of separation and everyone knows everyone practically these days. So we want to keep it reverent and slightly anonymous.

Above all else, I want this blog to be something you can come to and post your prayer needs and requests and know that people are praying for YOU specifically. And when you do pray for one of the needs, please post that you have prayed for our dear sister, brother, daughter in Christ.

Your post can be in list form... Or you can type out the words you are speaking as you pray. It is whatever you want it to be. And whatever God wants it to be.

The people I am inviting first are those in my life whom I have prayed with before and are continually praying for on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. However if you would like to be invited to post on this blog, please let me know! If you are a prayer warrior... you are welcome!
